Return Policy

We are always happy to process returns providing the request is genuine and for the right reason. As an online seller we have a duty to accept returns in line with consumer legislation.

Please note that our policies differ between courses, and that payment options may vary from one Service to another. Please also note that we treat violations of our Terms and Conditions very seriously, and we have no obligation to offer refunds to users who violate these terms, even if their requests are made within the designated refund period. You must meet the following Criteria for Refund.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then we will exchange the product or a store credit gift card will be given only. It might take up to 10 business days.
  • Shipping back the item is handled by the customer.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  • If you haven’t received a store credit gift card yet, first check your email box. It may take some time before your gift card is officially issue.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your store credit gift card yet, please contact us through Contact Us form.

WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS UNDER THE FOLLOWING CIRCUMSTANCES

  • You just change your mind
  • You choose not to use our product
  • You've decided our product is "Not what I need"
  • You find that our product doesn't suit your needs
  • Product does not meet your requirement
  • You've found a different substitute of the product

TERMINATION WITHOUT REFUND

We reserve the right to terminate accounts without refund or prior notice if you violate our published Terms and conditions or become verbally abusive to our staff, other users of our site or our associates. In case such a user tries to resubscribe to our site we reserve the right to terminate his/her account without a refund or prior notice and block his/her IP address.

GENERAL RULE FOR RETURN

  • This clause sets out the only circumstances in which we will accept returns or offer refunds for goods. We will not accept returns or offer refunds for goods unless they are faulty. For this purpose, the customer needs to notify us within 24 hours from the receipt of the goods.
  • If your goods are faulty when they are delivered you may return the faulty goods to us. If you return the goods to us, we will (at our option) repair or replace the goods or provide you with a refund of the purchase price and the price of delivery.
  • In order to return faulty goods, you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt of goods and it takes 15 days to return or exchange of the goods.
  • To inform us that you wish to return the goods. We will then provide you with details of where to return the goods and how to complete the returns process.
  • If we provide a refund, we will pay it with a store credit gift card of the purchase price and the price of delivery that can be use in any of our items. Subject to product being unused and unworn with all the original tags intact as at the time of receiving the product. The refund for any items will at our sole discretion and will be subject to approval of our inspection team.
